I literally NEVER write reviews but my experience was so good I just had to. From my first inquiry to driving my awesome Expedition off the lot, I was treated amazingly. As a female car shopping, I went in assuming it would be a challenging experience. It was the opposite! Working with David Bufford was amazing- and the finance manager was low-pressure and didn't try to push anything on me. I HIGHLY recommend Mathieu Ford!

I’ve never been moved to write a review but I’ve had my 2023 Ford Maverick for almost 5 months now people stop me all the time to ask me how I like. I always tell them how much I love it! And what an amazing experience I’ve had with both the Service and Sales. In the past years I’ve dealt with many of the amazing staff, who were always very professional and who go out of their way to make me the happy returning customer I am. Friendly service and sales staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Had my Ford Edge there a few times for minor service and they’ve been quick and thorough. Very happy with this dealership.

Great Company with great employees from top to bottom. I haven't met somewhere there who isn't friendly and knowledgeable. I found a car I was interested in at Mathieu Ford in Winchendon. We called Monday and made an appointment for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday to see this specific car. We confirmed this appointment on Tuesday afternoon and we're assured it would be ready for us. We show up at the dealership at 5:30 and the salesperson is unable to find the car. Come to find out a manager took that car home for the evening!! The people that were present at the dealership when we got there didn't seem very apologetic about the situation either, nor did they offer to show me any other vehicles. It was basically a "yeah we will call you tomorrow and try to figure it out". To me this is beyond ridiculous. It's not just an inconvenience It's completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Absolute waste of my time.
I saw a car that I was interested in and sent an online inquiry. I received an email the next morning inviting me to come check it out. Unfortunately my wife and I weren't to make it over that day so I made an appointment for the following day.
When I arrived the next day the salesman was expecting me, but couldn't find the car. After a bit of searching, he and another gentleman told me that an employee had taken it for the night.
Has anyone tried calling this dealership for service - You can never talk to a human. Before you buy a vehicle from a dealership, I would recommend calling and see how their service department is beforehand - brutal. Just an FYI to future Ford buyers..
